About the event
This 6-week, education-based support group takes place every Monday for 6 weeks, starting on 6/2. It is designed to support parents in creating a safe, supportive environment at the table—one where children can explore and engage with food at their own pace.
Feeding little ones often comes with its share of challenges. Having a space for support, while learning practical tools to bring into mealtimes, can make all the difference in navigating the ups and downs of feeding with confidence and care.
Dates: Mondays 6/2, 6/9, 6/16, 6/23, 6/30, 7/7
Time: 7:30-9 pm (90 minute sessions)
Format:
The first session (June 2) and the final session (July 7) will be held in person.
