Feeding kids is supposed to be simple… right? 

Even as a seasoned Registered Dietitian, I can tell you—it’s not always easy. 


Throughout our lives, we absorb countless messages about how to nourish ourselves and how to feed our children. These messages can be confusing, conflicting, and overwhelming—often leaving us unsure of how to do it “right.” And when you’re working through your own relationship with food while also trying to raise a healthy, intuitive eater, it can add a whole new layer of complexity.
