About the event

Join me for this 60-minute conversation designed to introduce the foundations of helping young children have a positive relationship with food. It's completely normal for eating challenges to emerge in toddlerhood—and having the tools to navigate those ups and downs can make all the difference. From sparking curiosity to easing mealtime stress, we'll begin to explore how to create a supportive environment where kids can approach food with openness and enjoyment.

Whether you're an expectant parent wanting to prepare, a new parent about to introduce solids, someone currently navigating feeding challenges, a caregiver, or an early childhood educator—you will walk away with practical first steps and valuable insight to help nurture a curious, connected relationship with food.

I hope you’ll join us!
